Otherwise, Make Up For Ever have done a fantastic job with these – if you’re after a really long-wearing eye product, these are definitely worth a look! The other issue is that if you wait too long, these set and become impossible to blend, so make sure you work reasonably quickly! I’ve found that the quick setting time means that I usually end up just using a single colour, but that’s a problem that I’ve had with all cream eyeshadows. The only downsides to these I’ve discovered are that they’re a little tricky to remove, though soaking with oil or two-layer eye make-up remover does the job.
It really doesn’t want to budge! I’ve tried these as eyeliner both above and below my eyes, and on my oily lids without primer, and they don’t crease at all once set. Now look at what happens when wipe back and forth over them with a regular wet wipe for about a minute (you can see my skin getting irritated): The pigmentation is fantastic! I’m a big fan of cream eyeshadows for a quick and simple everyday eye look, but they can get messy, and some of them crease if you don’t have a primer underneath. XOVain said these Make Up For Ever Aqua Matic Waterproof Glide-On Eye Shadow would change my life, and while they’re not exactly life-changing, I can see where they’re coming from!
